what version of the demoshop is your project running on and what exceptions are shown to you? what exact steps did you follow so far?

For the randomly happening curl error we do not have a solution yet :( (it seems to be rather rare in the www and not related to Spryker but we have it on the radar) - if you have access to the support portal pls create an official issue there
