Hi Team,

Is there anyone faced the issue mentioned below:-

I have successfully connected with VPN through OpenVPN. But still, I am not able to access Scheduler, broker and database. No landing page should be displayed.

    Hi, @sushant.kumar !

Could you please file a support ticket via Support portal, so we can help you?

I assume that you know domain names of the mentioned services, and if you cannot connect to those seeing timeout, please double check that:

    • domain names are correct
    • you are connected to the VPN of the right environment
    • there are no policies on your computer that prevent you from accessing specific ports.

To ensure that you are using VPN to connect to these domains please use traceroute utility of you operating system and ensure that VPN is used to access these domaind.

    Hi @profuel ,

Actually everything is correct. because there is no issue when i am connecting internet with optical fibre.

When i have moved to Mobile network then issue occured. VPN is connecting always. Services like Scheduler, broker and database are just reloading the page with timeout.

    I have an idea, @sushant.kumar !

I have this issue on my local - packet sizes are too big, thus it's 95% of time timeout.

I had to fix MTU of the VPN connection.

By default I have 1500, and lowering this to 1000 solved the issue.

sudo ifconfig tun0 mtu 1000 up

Sadly, I have to run this command every time I connect to VPN.

Sorry to hear this, then I'm kindly asking you to create a support ticket, containing:

    • email, for whom the VPN is created
    • addresses, which you are trying to access

I still believe that the reason is in some restrictions applied to your network from the company that manages your laptop.

    Thank you!

    Hi @profuel ,

    Thanks for your response.

I have checked this issue and found that it is originating from the ISP end. On the same laptop, I am able to connect successfully using a few specific ISPs; however, with some others, the connection is not working.

I have raised it to ISP as well but there is no positive response from them.

Additionally i have raised this issue to Spryker support as well and they responded the same i mentioned above.

    Regards,

    Sushant
